Pressure Washing or Soft Washing?

Property owners have plenty of question marks when it comes to property maintenance. Which professional solution makes the most sense – and why does it matter? Before we dive it, it’s important to know about the basic difference between the two.

Power washing or pressure washing uses technology that sprays water and cleaners at a high pressure on the affected surface. This typically uses a force of 3,000 PSI or more. Soft washing, on the other hand, uses less than 200 PSI – and thus much less pressure and force – to clean a space.

Now, without further ado… Which solution fits the need?

  • Concrete Cleaning
Pressure washing. This removes grease, oil, gum, and other obstinate buildup
  • House Washing
Soft washing. Siding can accrue water damage and other issues if cleaned with too much force.
  • Patio Cleaning
Pressure washing. Hardscapes can handle high pressures – and the clean result is transformative.
  • Roof Cleaning
Soft washing. Shingles are surprisingly vulnerable, and soft washing gives them the gentle care they need.

It isn’t your responsibility to decide how to clean your exterior – we’ll do that for you. When you tell us what needs maintenance, Pressure Cleaning Pros will take care of the rest.
